KC Cooks - My Favorite Recipes

Yes, I've been known to occasionally cook. Sometimes I even bake. Someone in the house has to do it so we, myself and my honey, don't starve.

I thought about doing a cookbook - a lot of authors do put one together. But it seemed like something that would take *forever* to accomplish. A better solution is to put my favorite recipes up here at Between the Keys as a behind-the-scenes addition. It's kind of like a dark web. Only the truly curious, or the very hungry, will land here and click through.

It's really all about enjoying food - preparing and partaking. These recipes are not exactly original, but each one has been modified in some way to work in my kitchen.

We have to eat, so we might as well enjoy ourselves!
